Although it is against the rules to practice magic outside the school, Harry never receives a punishment for the crime he commits. He is surprised to find out why he has not been punished for crimes he commits. He later finds out why. A prisoner named Sirius Black escaped has just escaped from Azkaban prison and is on a hunting mission for Harry. However, Harry is not even concerned with this latest development because he knows he has dealt with several homicidal maniacs. The real criminal, as it turns out, is Scabbers, the rat who is Voldemort’s servant and is Peter Pettigrew.
